Dear Oriole,


Fall in at 2.30pm tomorrow outside Guides Haven in full Guides uniform and hat. Please bring PT kit as well. Don't forget your belt and badges too. =)

Also, prepare about $2 to pay your PS, Eunice, for the picnic food if you had gone for the hike in June.

i will miss all of you.


i will miss staying back after school on Fridays for Guides meetings.


i will miss attending PLC meetings every Monday.


i will miss the weekly task of typing out proposals and after-action-reviews.


i will miss taking the company's attendance on that cute, yellow attendance book with Hui Lin.


i will miss meeting up with you girls to get the things we need for whatever events.


i will miss going to campfires with the crazy bunch of you.


i will miss the fun at camps.


i will miss singing TAPS after every meeting.


i will miss the games we played, the songs we sang together.


i will miss wearing the Guide uniform.


i will miss polishing the Trefoil and boots.


i will miss DRILLS! ^^


i will miss being part of the Guides contingent for special occasions, like Thinking Day and National Day...




i will miss many many things that we do together as one big family of sisters.

Polls & Vote!

Hi guides,

Some of us are commenting that we should publicize this blog to all BPGHS Girl Guides as this blog is very inactive. There are issues on whether this blog should be made "public" or not.

Issues to be discussed:
1) Some guides do not have blogger account and are unable to access this blog.
2) Logging in is very troublesome as we need to perform an additional step to enter password etc, which probably leads to the reasons why many do not want to view the blog.

Reasons for making this blog "private":
1) All the guides should be entitled to post an entry on this blog. So no matter what, you still need to invite them to allow author mode.
2) We need to keep all the spamming and vulgarities out of this blog by other uncivilised people.
3) We need to ensure the privacy of all the guides as the pictures posted might be ripped and misused.

Please provide some suggestions/comments to this issue...(Key under "OTHERS")
For example,

• create a common account for those guides without blogger account to access, but they are not allowed to post any entry. (ie, they are just invited readers)

Do you think that this blog should be made "public"?

Yes! So that everyone can have access to this blog for updates!

No! Privacy for the guides is important!
