Thanks to those who have followed the instructions and upload the pictures using Photobucket.

However now since the blog is set as private, i guess it would not be necessary. I guess it would save you some trouble too right? Still, you will need to upload the images onto photobucket as well. So, it depends whether you want to use blogger uploader or straight from photobucket. ALL up to you. =).

If you are uploading from photobucket, you just need to click the HTML Tag of that image once and paste over.
Then you just need to add in height="250" before the tag >< / a>
