Outdoor Cooking Session
Date: 23rd NOVEMBER 2007
Fall in Time: 8:30AM
Fall in Venue: Outside Guides’ Haven
Attire: Half Guides Uniform (Guide's skirt + PE Tee/Guide's Blue Polo Tee/House Tee), Canvas shoes
Things to bring: PT Kit (PE shorts. NO FBTs please), Poncho, Mess Tin, Utensils(fork and spoon) and Food that's to be cooked

Please be punctual. (A guide is always punctual!)
Also, please be reminded that your sock length has to be AT LEAST 3 fingers spacing above the back of the shoes. I don't care if the back of your shoe is high or low, just ensure that your socks has to have at least 3 fingers spacing above the back of your shoes. Failure to do so, you know what you'll get.
Please tuck your shirt in when you are coming to school. Your belt has to be seen at all times!
Your hair need not be tied into 2 pigtails. But just make sure your hair is neat and orderly.
Please note that this meeting is COMPULSORY.
For those who are not attending this outdoor cooking session (which is also the only guides meeting we're having for this nov/dec holiday), please give either me, claris or your PLs, your excuse letter(with your parent's or guardian's signature on the letter) or MC(if you happen to be sick on that day), by the first week of school next year.
